my dad just got surgery done on his shoulder and i wanted to find a nice but cheap rocking chair..and give it to him for christmas, me and my b/f and maybe sister and brother were going to split on it......any ideas, i live in ontario????

I like old style Rocking chairs and cribs, Those little cribs that rock side 2 side and the normal cribs 2! I prefer stores online, cause we live in South Africa in a town where u can't really shop 4 anything it is soooooo small we only have one shop and it is a grocery shop! I was going to upload a pic of it, but it didnt work. anyways my grandma has 3 Painted Rocking Chairs on her front porch, After the winter time, it started to get real dirty looking..with mildew, dirt, etc. Is there an easy way to clean them and make them look good again?

Seeings how it is impossible to replace cushions on a glider rocker....Has anyone ever tried regular rocking chair cushions on a glider rocker ? How did they look if you did ?
